Marissa Meyer

Marissa Meyer has been a designer since 2014 and is a Colorado native. Marissa joined JM Kitchen and Bath Design in February 2022 and got her start working at a big box store, moving from department to department until settling in with Kitchen and Bath and finally finding her niche, she realized her calling which allowed for her to allow her creative side to flourish.

When starting any project with a client, Marissa enjoys getting to know how they use the space and what would make it more functional for them. “I like sitting with a client to discuss their needs and wants as well as finding out how they currently use the space and then put together a design that maximizes all of that to really give the client that “wow I really love how this turned out” moment.” Marissa frequently likes to add things that the client may not have thought of to a space whether that is a hardware selection or an insert the client didn’t realize they couldn’t live without.

Marissa understands that each client’s needs and preferences are different and strives to design spaces that will have a positive impact on her clients’ lives. Skilled at creating beautiful designs under a variety of budgets, styles, timeframes, and needs, Marissa guides her clients through every phase of the design process. When not designing Marissa likes to spend time taking her dog; Lucy on walks, going to museums, perusing old record stores to add to her growing collection, and curling up with a good book in a quite spot.
