I would like to leave a 5-star review for JM Kitchen and Bath in Castle Rock and specifically for Paul Preister. We have remodeled both our kitchen and primary bathroom which required us to completely ‘gut’ both of these rooms and start from scratch. Paul was there to support us every step of the way for both projects. He created meticulous designs and explained them thoroughly to us. He listened to us and made adjustments as needed. Paul accompanied us to the showrooms to ensure the colors/patterns we chose would compliment each other as well as the rest of our house. He did not ‘sugar-coat’ anything and was very realistic from the start of our projects and throughout until the end. If we ever move and we need a kitchen and/or bath remodeled, Paul Preister from JM Kitchen and Bath will be the first person I call.

We were enjoying the Colorado Home Show, when we saw a kitchen display with beautiful cabinets. We stopped to admire the kitchen and were greeted with a helpful, knowledgeable response. We were so thankful to meet Paul Preister that day. He had passion, experience and knowledge on creating a beautiful kitchen and bath. As we talked and worked with Paul, he walked us through the process as he helped create our beautiful new kitchen as well as re configuring our master bath that made sense and was so pretty at the same time. We got to go to JM Kitchen and Bath to pick out the cabinets, finishes and hardware. There were so many beautiful options to pick from. Paul then took us to pick out our granite counter top. From the many options, it wasn’t overwhelming as Paul learned what I liked and was able to steer me to the perfect product. We would recommend Paul Preister and JM Kitchen and Bath to our closest friends. They were wonderful every step of the way and we love our home.

Alana Farr was fantastic to work with. She was fully engaged and professional throughout the process. She was quick to address issues and answered all questions to our satisfaction. She did an amazing job of redesigning our kitchen. It turned out exactly as we imagined when we started the process. Thank you, Alana. We love our kitchen.

Paul Preister at JM Kitchen and Bath in Castle Rock is simply the best!!! He is so professional, talented, creative and fun to work with. We did a total rebuild on our kitchen – my husband and I knew it needed totally redone but we did not know what to do with it. Paul took one look at it and immediately came up with the most beautiful design. What vision Paul has!!! To this day we get so many compliments on our kitchen. Thank you Paul. Loved working with Julie Mann at JM Kitchen & Bath. She really saved a commercial design job of mine when the contractor dropped the ball on ordering cabinets. We were able to come up with an efficient kitchen under budget and all delivered on time. I highly recommend Julie Mann and JM!

The thing that most impressed me working with you was that you did everything you said you would, you did it in a timely manner and with 100% satisfaction. I had put off the very necessary process of updating my kitchen and bath for years, hating the thought of the mess and the disruption. JM Kitchen & Bath Design made everything easy. My only regret was that I didn’t do this sooner. I will recommend you to all of my friends and clients.

Paul and his team were absolutely amazing from the first day we walked into their showroom until the last part of our kitchen remodel project was complete. They were the ONLY custom kitchen store that had exactly what I was looking for and we had searched high and low. From the time we placed the order, they gave us a timeline and schedule and did not miss one single date! Paul made suggestions to improve our layout that we never would have thought of on our own. Trust his experience and keep an open mind and you will have a dream kitchen in no time. I must say, their installers were 2nd to none – Clint headed our project and he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and NEAT! When he left for the day, everything was clean and put away until his return. The day our new granite was installed, the guys even washed the floors when finished! It was an absolute pleasure to have this group working in our home. Great job team! I can honestly give the 5-star rating and refer you to anyone that is remodeling a kitchen or bath. When I called Mike Thulson for an estimate for a bathroom vanity, he came to my home to measure the next day and I received a design later that same day. I got two other designs from other companies and Mike’s design was by far the best I received. Mike’s experience and expertise proved to be helpful in not only designing a beautiful but also a functional and spacious vanity. When I called him with questions, he was always very prompt in responding to my phone calls and even made himself available to speak with me while he was on vacation! Ordering was very smooth and when we did encounter a small problem, it was quickly resolved. Jacque Parry of JM was also responsive to our needs and very helpful. I am very happy with our vanity and it is definitely a quality product. I have recommended JM to several people and would not hesitate to use them again.

We could not be more pleased with the work done by Alana! Our original kitchen setup had yellowish looking cabinets with an odd built-in pantry, and the oddest most unusable Island you can imagine. Though we had a lot of cabinets, there were a lot of things that kept them from being super usable. Alana was able to help me figure out how I use my kitchen and what things I needed to store. She came up with a great setup as well as the perfect cabinets that fit with our lifestyle! And then she helped us design an island that was perfect for our family of six! We love everything about our kitchen and get all kinds of compliments now when people come into our home! Not to mention the fact that all of our cabinets are way more suited to our daily needs and allow us to host lots of people if we want to without it feeling as congested.
